Are your products cruelty free and suitable for vegans?
Yes! We would never dream of testing on animals and our full range of skincare products are vegan friendly.
Do your products comply with EU regulations?
Yes. All our products are regulated at European level to ensure the highest level of consumer safety.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped the following working day. Our standard free shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 48. There is also the option to pay a little extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your order does not need to be signed for.
What happens if I'm not in to receive my order?
Royal mail will most likely leave a note informing you this has been taken to your local depot ready for you to collect. If your order is very late and you have not received notification of this, please get in touch and we will look into this for you.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
At present we do not ship outside of the UK.
How do I organise a return or an exchange?

At present we sell exclusively online. Should our products become available in retail stores we will let you guys know. Do any of your products have a sun protection factor?
Yes! We sell an
SPF 30 Protective Moisturiser. Sun damage is one of the biggest causes of premature skin ageing, so we recommend using our SPF 30 Protective Moisturiser if you spend a lot of time outdoors!
Is your packaging eco friendly?
Yes! All our packaging is eco friendly including the jars, which are biodegradable!
How do I dispose of my biodegradable jars?
In order to correctly dispose of your jars, they need to be taken to an Industrial Composting Facility. Whilst some councils provide this service, we appreciate that this is not the case with other councils. However, we are more than happy to do this on your behalf. Simply get in touch
here and we will send you a postage label - free of charge allowing you to return the pots back to us. We do ask you have a minimum of 6 pots to return before contacting us.
How do I dispose of my pumps and tubes?
The pumps and tubes can simply be added to your general recycling waste - including the cap and pump!
Should I do a patch test?
Yes - we recommend always doing a patch test at least 24hrs before as an allergy can develop even if you have used the product before. Apply the product to a clean area of skin that you can comfortable leave alone for 24 hours. We suggest the crook of your elbow.
